The brief
Innovi Advisors is a digital-first accountancy practice. They rely on technology day to day but do not want a full-time IT department. They needed ongoing support, someone to keep systems running, handle admin tasks, advise on strategy and implement changes when requirements shift. There was also vast amounts of client data that needed to be migrated from previous systems and software.
What we do
We provide monthly ongoing support and administration across their environment, troubleshooting, user and licence management and practical guidance on what to adopt or retire. When a project needs doing, we scope and implement it rather than handing over a recommendation and walking away. Although the practice formed in late 2024, we had historical relationships with the directors which gave us a deep understanding of their philosiphy. This allowed us to be involved from the beginning to devise the tech stach that would suit them best. We wrote custom application to assist with migration and sorting of client data. We developed a strategy to implement automation where it would be beneficial. Sometimes, we assist their clients with their digital transformation journeys.
The result
We feel we have become a dependable technical partner for Innovi, issues get resolved, users get supported, systems stay maintained and technology decisions are made with business context rather than generic product pitches.
