The brief
The Collegiate Trust operates a family of schools across Croydon, Crawley and surrounding areas with a clear mission: exceptional education for all through academic rigour, creative learning and personal development. The trust site needed to communicate values, partnership and progress, and link outward to individual academy sites within the group. There was a need for academy blog posts to feed into the trust site news section
What we did
We designed and built the trust's custom themed WordPress sites and then for the member schools. The site carries trust-wide news, student placements, trips and community stories, while reflecting the trust's keys to success around partnership, progress and preparation for pupils' next steps.
Related academy websites shared hosting and support patterns so the trust had consistent technical footing.
The result
A central trust hub that supports communication with parents and the wider community, plus a scalable approach to school sites under the same umbrella, practical for a growing multi-academy trust rather than one-off builds with no continuity.
The trust eventually grew to a point where they were able to resource these services internally and a handover was completed.
