The brief
JBP Property Services needed a straightforward marketing site explaining their maintenance work across children's homes, supported living, social housing, commercial properties and private residences. The priority was clarity on sectors served, core trades covered and an easy quote request, on phones as much as desktop.
What we did
We delivered a static site with sector-led navigation, service breakdowns from decorating through PAT testing and appliance servicing, client testimonials and a contact form for quote requests. Modern tooling kept the build efficient while the output remains fast, simple to host and easy to maintain.
Emergency contact numbers and business hours are prominent, which matters for a maintenance contractor where responsiveness is important.
